Over the years I have collected hundreds of recipes from family, friends and other places that I have tried and loved. I have decided to share many of these recipes with those who may be will interested. I understand that this project carries with it some dangers, most notably significant changes to Kristi's and my social life. Kristi always tells me that one of the few reasons that people associate with me is because of the desserts I create. Once people have these recipes and can create these dishes on their own, it is highly likely that we will not be invited anywhere. This, however, is a chance I will take. When I post a recipe, I will do my best to provide a little background about it. If there is no story behind the recipe or the real story is remarkably boring, there is a good chance that I will just make something up. I will let you guess when that happens.

I welcome your input and recipes which I will happily post on the site. I will only consider recipes with a story connected, whether true or not.
